Taco Dinner Order Form

Place your order by Wednesday, October 7th.  

Pick-up hours: Saturday, October 10th, noon - 5pm.

Pay with cash/check/card (Visa/Mastercard/Discover) when you pick up your meals.

$10 per dinner plate (2 Tacos (dressed), beans and rice)

$3 per individual taco (dressed with lettuce, tomato, cheese & salsa)

$5 per individual jar of homemade salsa (mild)

It will help us to know approximately when you will pick up your tacos.
